FGB's Online Banking system (Global Access) provides a safe, simple and convenient way for you to manage your account(s) from the comfort of your home, office or wherever you have a computer with internet connection.

FGB Mobile is our mobile banking platform offering many of the services offered on Global Access. FGB Mobile is available via the Google Play Store, Apple Store and BlackBerry World where the vendor should always be First Global Bank Limited.


Through Online Banking (Global Access), you can:

  • View balances of your FGB accounts, including loans and credit cards
  • Transfer funds between your FGB accounts
  • Make cross-currency transfers between your FGB accounts
  • Transfer funds to the accounts of other FGB customers
  • Transfer funds to savings and chequing accounts at any other commercial bank in JamaicaS
  • Send international wire transfers
  • Request Manager's cheques and international drafts
  • Pay bills
  • Order new cheque leaves
  • Request a stop payment on an FGB cheque
  • Set-up standing orders/recurring paymentsS
  • Pay your FGB credit card bills
  • View your FGB credit card statements

Customer Responsibility: To benefit from the security of the FGB Online Service Guarantee, you need to do your part to help us protect your information and finances. It is your responsibility to:

  • Protect your password by creating one that would be hard for others to guess. Do not write down or share your password with anyone.
  • Carefully review statements received from the bank. Call if a charge seems suspicious.s
  • Use up-to-date anti-virus/anti-spyware software and a firewall.
  • Not leave your computer unattended while using Online Banking (Global Access). Once you have completed your banking, always sign-off/log out completely.
  • Not give personal information over the phone unless absolutely necessary and ONLY if you initiated the phone call.
  • Protect the token device you are provided with. Misuse and/or loss of that device, will impact your ability to execute your transactions securely.
